Probably my last long distance trip and went whole hog..1st lass no less. Was downgraded to Econ plus and may likely be compensated for the difference. Do I care..of course ,.wanted to have one last kick at the cat and fly in whatever luxury is still available. This flight had changed equip. And they knew it last night by 7pm Oct 18! Not a good way to deal with passengers as no notification was given . Would have at least expected a courtesy call!. Let's hope some$is;forth coming.

Where were you flying from and to? Perhaps there was a mechanical and when the flight was downgraded to a smaller piece of equipment the F/C seats were totally full? Write into Delta.com

Flying from YYC to SJU..There was no mechanical just a change of equip. due to numbers as far as I could find out. I would/could have changed my dates if I had been informed. It is disappointing to say the least as the resv. were made weeks ago and I was confirmed in row 3..ended up in econ. row 6. Not a stellar performance for DL. Am home now and PR was just great. Have contacted DL and have been informed they will investigate my complaint..

will wonders never cease..Got a rresponse from Delta with a $200 credit voucher and the cimment that there would be a refund coming from them in the near future!! I am gobsmacked and of course grateful!! Thank you delta, you are reinstated!!!

Last word...$94.16 has been posted to my credit card!! In total $200 voucher, $94.16 US cash..Way to go Delta..Thank you very much (However I would have preferred flying in the front of the plane).
