Am I the only one who is dissatisfied with Delta lately? I stopped flying USAir because of their 737 service, preferring the larger planes Delta was offering. Now Delta has gone and put the most uncomfortable plane a 737-200 into service on their Boston to Florida route.

I'm sure Delta's President is reaping the rewards in higher paychecks but we, the customer, aren't reaping the rewards in service.
