It's basically a bus in the air. No meal, small 737s. Never have had any major delays with them. But it's so cheap, you can't really complain.
Have flown them several times pre- 9/11. Planes were somewhat smaller. No unusual problems with schedules, on-time, luggage, etc. Since no one gives you much in the way of food or other service anymore, what difference would it make for a 3-4 hour flight?
