Connection Time at Heathrow.
Hello, I'm a little worried about my upcoming flight.
I have a flight that arrives at Heathrow from NCL at 11:10am and I have a 1 hour 5 minute layover between that and my next flight.
I was wondering if that is enough time for the connection?
Additionally, if the flight from NCL to LHR is delayed and I end up missing my flight from LHR because of it, then what do I do?

The crucial questions are (1) what airline(s) are the two flights on, and (2) are you using separately-purchased tickets for the two flights, or is it a connection with both flights sold on the same ticket?
I'm going to guess that you're using British Airways for both trips and that it's on one ticket. If so, then BA (a) won't sell you a ticket with a too-short ("illegal") connection time, and (b) you'll be "protected" to the next available flight to your final destination. Note that could be later the same day, or the next day, depending on where you're going and how often BA flies there.
If both flights are on BA and one ticket, and if your departing flights leaves from Terminal 5 (which it probably does or else they wouldn't sell you the ticket) then 65 minutes is a "legal" connection, but you won't much spare time to indulge in the T5 shopping mall.
If the above doesn't apply, i.e. if the tickets are separate or they involve two different airlines with a terminal change required, then you're hurting and should take steps to make an earlier NCL-LHR plane, or a later departure from LHR, with at least 3 hours between them for safety's sake.

So the Airlines are British Airways, the full flight is NCL to SAT.
Newcastle to London, London to O'hara, O'hara to San Antonio.
I bought the ticket online as one ticket, there are no airline changes, all with BA.
Checked on the BA website and it looks like my flight lands at Terminal 5 and takes off from Terminal 5 so luckily no terminal switches.

I forgot to mention thanks for the welcome and the information you provided.
Helped get rid of the nerves that was building up as last time I flew I almost missed my flight because the NCL to LHR was delayed arriving to LHR.

You'll most likely be perfectly OK -- you will get all you boarding passes in Newcastle and won't change terminals. As long as there isn't a weather or equipment delay at NCL you will have more than enough time -- but don't dawdle. And O'hare is a major hub so there will be other flights.
How long do you have at ORD? That could be bigger issue because you will have to go through immigration and retrieve/re-drop your bags.

I have 4 Hours 55 minutes in ORD.
Last time I was there I had a 3 hours 40 connection and ended up with plenty of time to spare.
Cant remember if I had to retrieve/re-drop bag though, that was three years ago though. I'm sure there will be someone to tell me what to do

The what? Never seen one of those at a US airport. I just came in through Dallas, and everyone lined up to talk to the custom's officer, just like every other time I've entered the US.
