Check In - twice????

I will be travelling Sydney - Singapore (2 hr lay over) then onto Paris with Singapore airlines. Will I have to check in twice, or go to a counter in Singapore to collect my second boarding pass? Or will I be given 2 boarding passes in Sydney?
