British Airways - paying a price for cheating?

If you are new to this forum, what they are trying to say is, if you fly on British Airways in economy, you get free alcohol and wine with your three course meal and if you fly on American Airlines, you pay $5 for wine with your snack pack.

I watched a report on Saturday evening and although nobody expects the penalties to be that harsh, the potential is there to fine BA up to 850 million BPs (very serious cash) and jail some top execs up to 5 years in jail (ouch). 2 execs already resigned.
