Bravofly issue

I books flight on 24th of June and after the initial email confirming my reservation I got onother one stating that my booking is cancelled due to security issues. Money from my credit card has been taken.I called them and asked when will I get my money back the answer was that Bravofly already returned the money back to the bank.Bank stated that there is no money received to be placed on my account.Now Bravofly is not responding my emails and I'm not sure what is my next step.Kindly asking if anyone can tell me where to or whome to i can complain. Needless to say that I was in the rush and I did not check Bravofly before booking.
