I did a search for premium economy seat information and the most recent thread was from 2011. DW and I are looking at using the PE/ economy plus seats from MCI to Paris next March, but I'm having a difficult time figuring it out. Since there are no nonstop flights from MCI to Paris, I'd only want the better seating on the international leg. Anyone flown the upgrade economy from say ORD, DTW, DFW or ATL (likely connection cities for us).
Delta says the cost is roughly $180 per segment more than economy. Is this a reasonable price upcharge for the seats on Delta (or AF as Codeshare)?
Thanks
Any Premium Economy information updates?

Delta's Economy Comfort is similar to United's Economy Plus. Same economy seat, just spaced more apart; though DL's have a little bit more recline. Same width, same food.
It's not the same as Premium Voyageur on AF's, which is for example 8-abreast on their 777 vs 10-abreast for Voyageur.
Thanks rkkwan.
Could I then assume that if the flights I'm looking at on Delta that are codeshare AF flights, that I'd get the better premium voyageur seats?
AF's Premium Voyager does not equal DL's Economy Comfort. AF has no equivalent to the DL EC.
Premium Voyager is effectively a fourth class of service in between Economy and Business and tends to run in the $500-600 RT range for transatlantic.
If you want to use a DL codeshare, see if W class of service is available -- that is Premium Economy.
