Alitalia web site

Two legs of an upcoming flight are on Alitalia. For at least a month when I try to see detalis of our flight just to confirm our seating, I can only go so far. I get the page that shows the departure/arrival times, but when I click on "details" I get "Sorry there's an error" or words to that effect. I called them and she said all is well, seats are confirmed, don't worry about it. Is it always this way with Alitalia website? At one time months ago there was no problem. I could see all details.
