Aer Lingus -- Yes or No?
I am probably going to book Aer Lingus flights for our Italy trip--I've been checking for quite a while and they are one of the least expensive for JFK to FCO and returning LIN to JFK.
Anyone who has flown this airline--any comments? Is it a nice one to fly?

I fly EI regularly, but only their European services from MUC to DUB.
So I have no experience how comfortable or not changing planes in DUB is.
I found them quite okay, and did not encounter any relevant negative experiences. Prices for food and drinks are acceptable IMO.
Since you will be flying from the US, you probably won't have to deal with their nasty habit of increasing fees for check-in luggage and seat reservation.

The Dublin airport is very overcrowded and I heard you have to pay for wine in economy, but if the connection is good in Dublin, I'd go for it.
I flew them on the Europe mainland and you pay for everything--beverages, etc., but from the U.S. to Dublin they do serve free meals.
