A pleasant experience with Jet Blue

Jump to last reply

April 9th I booked a round trip ticket LAX-FLL-LAX. This past weekend I happened to look on the website and found that the fare dropped $38.00. Today I called and talked to a Jet Blue reservations agent, I explained that it looked like the fare had dropped and wanted to know what their policy was.. She understood me immediately (refreshing for a change) and looked up my reservation. She confirmed it indeed had dropped. She said they would credit me back for the difference to use on another Jet Blue ticket. She added that if I see it drop anytime up to the flight, to call and they will do the same thing again. I was totally expecting to hear Sorry, too bad you already purchased the ticket. So this outcome was a very pleasant surprise. :)
