In Constantia there are several, including the earliest wineries. Otherwise you need to head out to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschoek to visit the main wine country. But if you're wanting to be close to CT, then Constantia has it. I enjoyed the wines at Klein Constantia the last time I was there.
