Windhoek--->Opuwo: where can I take the bus in Windhoek?

Hi, I've tried in a thousand ways to rent a 4x4 car with driver in Windhoek to reach Opuwo, but I did not succeed. You cannot imagine how much I spend for a week. I always travel alone. I also asked for a one-day rental to reach Opuwo and they asked for 550 euros. Incredible but true, more than the cost of flying from my country. I cannot drive the car personally because I don't have the international license.
So, I'm thinking of using public transport. Can anyone tell me where is the place in Windhoek where I can take the bus to Opuwo?
I thank you.
