where in Africa; travel operators

Jump to last reply

My 2 daughters and I are going to Africa the second half of May, 2007--we have not made definite plans. We are considering Tanzania, Kenya or Zambia but are concerned about the rainy season in the first 2 countries. Question: Has anyone travelled to those countries during the rainy season? I would hate to pay all this money and watch it rain all day.
Also, we have not yet chosen a tour operator. We want an active vacation and don't need super luxury but do like clean, comfortable accomodations.Any suggestions on travel companies?
Thanks
