Victoria Expeditions- do you have any experience?

Hi,
We are planning our holidays in Tanzania with Victoria Expeditions- thinking on trekking on Kilimanjaro, safari and Zanzibar. Do you have any experience with this comapny?
I would be very grateful for some advice!!!
