Shindzela is in Timavati NR, near Kruger, South Africa.
Again, there are pics in the report (and three videos), so the real report is not posted here, but can be found at this address:

Nice pics! Particularly the painted dogs! Great close up!

I must say - the tent looks similar to Stanley's in the Delta!
Regarding the blanket on the deck: It goes without saying as long as there is an incident and frankly - I don't want to become the reason for the need to enhance the safety precautions
I've been waiting for this part of your trip report. Good to hear Shindzela is as they say on their website, plus some. Gertie could change the world, I think. Everyone who has been lucky enough to meet her has such nice things to sat about her. Beautiful pics, great info - especially about the wonderful guides. Thanks - as you know it is in my plan for next year. This report just makes me want to get there sooner.
A pool might have been nice on that hot afternoon?
Enjoying your report and photos. Also appreciative of the information you have provided on other threads. Keep up the good work.
@ spassvogel;
About the blanket on the deck; of course one should stay awake, lol. As my wife could not, I did. Soon enough I had to wake her up for the ellies though.
@Christabir;
I don't know. I think FOR US it was too hot, especially after that cold weather the day & niht before. But the Autralian people didn't seem to mind.
