            travelling between safari camps

            Want to tavel between Ngoro game lodge in sabi sands and Ngala tented camp in Timbavati.Will fly probably first to Ngoro and then make our way on to Ngala.Is it usual to fly or drive between these two?Ngoro lodge has not got back to me yet.We wont have a car so will rely on the lodge/camp to arrange the transfer.What is the distance between them?Any idea of the transfer cost?I am sure lots of fellow travellors have also planned trips like this but I cannot find the information and my booking a reservation is hanging on this.Any advice most welcome.ThanksWe are going November 2010.
