We are staying in Imlil for 2 nighs during our trip to Marrakech. We have been offered a transfer for about 750dh each way. Is this a good price? Or would it be cheaper to find our own taxi?

Seems decent,
A plus if you can communicate with the driver.
It isn't bad, particularly if the car/driver are licensed to carry tourists...you might get a better price if you haggle at the taxi stand, and that can be fun of itself...but suggest you take it especially if you like the driver
It's a hotel that has offered us the transfer at this price?
How easy would it be to get a taxi from Imlil back to Marrakech?

we are stying in marrakech for 1 day it's cost me 800 dh from marrakech to imlil with a good driver good vehecul iknow ican fine littele chiper but the service is different.
The price always depends on the company, simple driver, Hotel managing etc..
For a private skilled driver with a very well shaped car hired from a tour company, can cost around 1000DHs or more.
for a simple driver managed by you or a hotel can cost 700Dhs to 1000Dhs, because the driver costs per day not per hours, because if the driver worked with you can not have another opportunity with other guests, because the joruney can be started in the Morning.

A seat in a shared taxi from Marrakech to Asni costs around 30dh, so assuming you took all four seats in the rear between two people, that would be 120dh. Another 20dh/seat to get from Asni to Imlil.
It won't be luxury, but it will save you more than 500dh on the quote you've had.
