On the Dead Sea there are many hotels where it is possible to stop. Near with them there are clinics where treat different illnesses. Also there are clinics and hotels in the city of Arad (30 minutes of driving from the Dead Sea) where treat some illnesses. If you details interest: the prices in hotels and clinics-can write to me. I shall try to help.
Yours faithfully, German.
You have quite a few hotels at the Israeli side of the Dead Sea, of differnt levels and rates. And they are usually in one area.
Just do some search for Dead Sea hotels.
If planning on traveling, I would not stay at the Dead Sea for the whole time, but in a more accesible place, like Tel Aviv, from which you can take tours to the Galillee, Jerusalem, Haifa, etc.
