I'm planning a trip to Africa and have almost all of my itinerary locked down. One part I am having trouble finding feedback on is Songwe in Victoria Falls. Does anyone have experience to speak of at this property? Comparisons to Tongabezi or Stanley which appear to be the other three nicer players in that market would be very welcome. Thanks in advance!

Hi tpingaro, I can't speak for Songwe but if you are looking for understated luxury with a bush feel, you can't go wrong with one of the 'houses' at Tongabezi Lodge. What are your expectations and desires? Close to the Falls? Romance? That might help to clarify your choices. If you have any specific questions I'll be glad to reply (stayed at Tongabeze a few weeks ago).
