Shore Excursion Tunis?

I'm trying to choose between two possible excursions in Tunis. Both are around 5 hours total. Any experiences or suggestions? We are a family with 3 sons (13, 11, and 8).

1) Medina and Carthage
2) Sidi Bou Said and Carthage

Basically, I guess... which is better? Medina or Sidi Bou Said?
