Red Sea in February

Hi, all. Will the water in the Red Sea be warm enough for swimming/snorkeling in February? We will be visiting Hurghada, Egypt. Thanks.

I did a "google" search for you on "red sea weather" and looked at a couple websites - you can do a more thorough search if you want. It appears in the Egyptian Red Sea area the water and air temperatures in February are between 68 and 72 and night time temperatures about 54.

Hi! You can swim, snorkel or dive in the Red Sea year round. Water temp in the winter is around 20-22°C. A lot depends on the wind that can be really cold in February!
