private day trip Rabat & Casablanca

We are a family of six arriving into Casablanca on a cruise ship in October. I would like to hire a driver with a 8 seater van,no tour guide needed, to pick us up at the dock, tour us around Rabat taking us to the sites of my choosing, dropping us off at the medina for a couple of hours to walk around and shop at our leisure. After drive us back to Casablanca to do the same routine and maybe have an early dinner, or else finish the day shopping. Being I have toured Morocco before, I know what would be of interest to my group, mainly shopping, and then drive us back to the ship. Our ship arrives in Casablanca 6am, leaving 7:30pm. I would like a flat price for a 10 hour day.
How long of a drive is it from Casablanca to Marrakech, where I would really like to go?

Would really appreciate if anyone can help us out or can get me in contact with someone who can. Thanks. Wassala
