Planning trip to Morocco; walking and driving

Jump to last reply

I'm starting to look into planning a trip to Morocco for me and my girlfriend. Obviously I come to this place to learn from all you experts here! :)

What do we want;
2 weeks into Morocco with some days walking in the mountains and a (self)drive into the desert.
As for the walking, we really would have a few days of moving from place to place. Most trips I encounter only support walking in the neighborhood of a nice place to stay.
As for the timing; we are thinking of going in November, unless it is to cold in the mountains at that time.

Any ideas, experiences and/or suggestions? What are good (local) operators/guides?
