I am a recent widower,and I,m interested in taking a trip to Petra,Jordan and then to the
Greek Islands or Vice versa,which ever is more convenient. I would prefer a small
amount of people as well as a small ship..any suggestions?

If you're interested in a cruise you should ask on the Cruise board. I doubt that most cruises to the Greek islands also visit Jordan, but I don't cruise. Petra is a great destination, worth three nights/two days and you don't have to have a guide to enjoy it. However, if you really want a tour, you need give us some idea of your budget. No point in my recommending Intrepid if you want to pay for Tauck.

times..I think I will go with the Greek Islands first..around early
