Passionate about Mountain Climbing

After having been in both Mt.Kenya and Kilimanjaro over 15 times now in all routes, and the first African member to Join Highpointers Club this year,am eyeing now to try some of the Highpoints peaks with the Highpointers clubs next year,am looking for well detailed info, and mostly:
-challenges
-minimum number of days on the highest peak
-The best time of the year
-The weather conditions
-For those who have ever been in Kilimanjaro do we have the same experience as in Kili the final day from Barafu to the summit?
-What about mountain sickness
-About the equipments and the gears I have no problem with this because I have my personal gears.

Any detail to facilitate my planning for this will be highly appreciated.
