I can't believe our trip to Rwnada is almost here! It only seems five minutes ago I was putting the trip together, with some very much appreciated comments from people on here.

Even though we don't leave for the airport until friday lunchtime, our bags are already packed!

We have had to change our itinerary around as kenya airways have canceled our early morning flight from Nairobi to Kigali, so instead of about 1.5 hours in Nairobi airport, we now have about 6.5. Due to arriving in Kigali much later than expected, R and N have re arrangd our itinerary , from
1 Akagera
1 Kigali
2 Nyungwe
1 Kibuye
2 PNV
1 Kigali

to

1 Kigali
2 Nyungwe
1 Kibuye
2 PNV
1 night Akagera
1 night Kigali

I know it will be a long drive from PNV to Akagera, but there weren't really any other options.

I will obviously post a report with pics when I return.

We leave 10/09 for Tanzania with 4 days in Rwanda for 2 gorilla treks 10/20, looking forward to your trip report!! I'm planning on posting one, but better yet, have my son post one, he is a much better writer than I and he's getting pumped about the trip,finally. I've been pumped since I started planning it back in Feb. Have a wonderful trip.
