Thank you for alerting us to this, I would not have known.

This is terrible. And the report leaves so many questions. I would like to hear if there is a more detailed report that explains where he was, etc.

It says the lions are in a separate enclosure.

It also says his car door was open.

I am not qualified to comment but I suspect these two facts are relevant to understanding what went on.

That report has a new theory, that he had an epileptic fit. Earlier reports said that he had got out of his car to try out a new camera given him by his daughter.
