The carmine bee eater is an omg, but so are many of the other shots. omg-wild dogs on a kill! omg-beautifully posed lion pride! omg-the knob billed ducks roosting in a tree with one in flight!

Ken,

The stand out picture from your gallery is the Carmine about to snap it's meal ....... perfect timing!

The grasses appear to be pretty tall from all the rains, though and seems tough to work with.

Cheers
Hari

Cybor

You can find the camp details under each picture if selected individually.

Everyone else

Thank you for your kind responses, there is always an element of luck, but mostly a good camera EOS 1D MkIII plus a good lens 500m F4 IS.
Also choosing good places to go with good guides and trackers helps enormously. But let's not get into that again.

WOW! I can't believe you took these during the rainy season. They are all amazing. You certainly had great birding, which one might expect during the rainy season, but the lions, leopard, cheetah AND dogs! Great photos!
