New exit tax when departing Tunisia

Good day fellow travelers,

From 1 October 2014, all non-resident foreigners departing Tunisia must pay an exit tax of 30 dinars. The tax is in the form of a stamp that must be purchased before you depart, and can be bought from hotels, travel agencies, tobacco shops, banks and customs offices (including at airports and land borders). You can either fix the exit stamp into your passport next to the corresponding entry stamp, or ask the border authorities to do it for you.
