All Morocco is authentic, some places touristy, the more remote places not.
Imilchil is more easily reached than Ait Bougmez which is best approached via Azilal. I've never noticed trekking mentioned in Imilchil but there's certainly lots of good walks and dinosaur sites. There's at least 40 gites in the Tabant area at the start of Ait Bougmez, any of which will help organise a trek.
Any company that does custom 4x4 tours should be able to incorporate these places but then you would be paying for the 4x4 and driver whilst off trekking which doesn't make sense. So the easiest way to achieve what you want is to hire a car then you are in control.

There's a photo of Dar Ahnsal on the last of the links I gave above and hopefully you will be staying there at Zaouiat Ahnsal. I haven't been that way since the dar was completed but my friend has stayed a couple of times and rates it highly.
Zaouiat is a title for a community that has religious connections and the village was founded 700 years ago by the Islamic scholar Sidi (saint) Said Ahnsal.
I would be very interested in your feedback once you've completed the tour.
