Mayfair Hotel OR Albergo Giardino in Beirut

Does anyone have any information, firsthand preferred, on the above hotels? We would like
someplace that is centrally located, on the smaller side, with some charm ( last part is optiional), at around $100-125 per day.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
