Marrakech, Demnate, Essaouira on slow

My husband and I will leave in three weeks for our 30th anniversary trip to Morocco. We will spend 3 nights in Marrakech, one night in the Agafay desert, back to Marrakech for two nights, two nights in Demnate at Kasbah Timnaf, and then on to Essaouira for four nights and back to Marrakech for one night before our return the next day. We want to be on the relative slow track for this time together since we both work pretty hard; we want to savor being in such a different place (than Feel the Bern, Vermont rather than squeezing the life out of it! Did you take a tour that rocked your world, found a guide who really knew what he or she was talking about? Is there a museum we shouldn't miss? Or places that are perfect to watch the world go by? Will I be able to see almond blossoms near where I am travelling (I feel a little obsessed by those almond blossoms? Thanks!
