Dangerous. Very dangerous. Even with the recent peace with UNITA, conditions are not good. Be careful.
I was working in Luanda for 4 months 2 years ago, and it was not dangerous in the center of the Town, you have to know where not to go(some neighbours are dangerous) specially at night. Outside Luanda was dangerous, very dangerous.
PS: Benguela is more beautiful and quiet.
