For Bots and gorillas/golden monkeys in Rwanda, this outline looks good. But I wonder about the last flight, going all the way back to Joburg. Depends on where you fly to next if that is a good move. Maybe you can fly out of NBO instead.
What lodgings will you use?
You mention 12 guests seems like a lot. Might this departure be 12 guests or are 4 guaranteed. Do you have a private vehicle for 4 in Botswana?
The primate tracking will likely be 8, regardless of your group size.
Other companies mentioned on this board, though I don't know what they charge for your itinerary:
Go2Africa in South Africa
The Africa Adventure Co in Ft. Lauderdale. I've used them for Botswana and Rwanda, but separate departures.
The above can do the whole trip.
You might also consider one company that specializes in Southern Africa and another that specializes in Rwanda, such as Eyes on Africa in Chicago or Sun Safaris in South Africa or Rhino Safaris in South Africa.
I don't think those companies do Rwanda.
Then for Rwanda Primates, R&N Explorer, Access Rwanda, Thousand Hills, all in Rwanda. Or Volcanoes in Rwanda with US contacts too.
Eyes on Africa in Chicago, Sun Safari
