Has anyone done the South Africa tour with Gate 1 and do you know if they have a driver jump seat on their tour buses?
I am an avid videographer and i normally suit in the front jumpseat to get driver's view videos.

As with most group tours, they have passengers move seats daily or every other day so all can have different views. Not to say that some travelers might not simply prefer their seat in the middle or back of bus, but for those 'front' seats, you'll have to discuss with your Tour Director. He/she will have to decide if/when you can have a front seat and not upset other paxs.
So Gate 1 is the only one's who can advise their bus seating set-up and assist with your request.
Good luck!
