This is as help for travelers post and it's not promotional

I live in Jordan currently due to my Arabic course study!

I met with nice guy works as an operator for tours to Jordan!

Julian tours operator
trips2jordan.com

I was really surprised when I found his price offers are too less than those companies I found online and also I was really amazed with his great hospitality and helpful services ; all these things pushed me to tell people about this guy !

I recommend you to contact him for a better prices and great hospitality

kelcyhoffman, if you are not here to advertise, then why are your only 2 posts to this board about this tour operator?

i think it's better to do Syria before Israel (or take a loose-leaf visa for the latter)
i'm not updated, but in the past some Arab counries refused entry to tourists with Israel's visa stamped in their passport
In one case in Sudan, a tourist (who had a loose=leaf visa to Israel) was prevented from entering. the reason: they searched and found that his Egyptian visa was issued in Tel-Aviv
('you've been to Israel! Ha !!)

I don't know if this is true or not but I read on another message board that Israel no longer does the loose leaf visas anymore. If that's true you definitely must visit Syria first.

kelcyhoffman, on this board we are usually suspicious when a first-time poster does nothing but post about a service of some type. If you are not here to advertise your own business then that's great, a person living in Jordan must have a lot to contribute to this board. So please jump in anytime with any helpful advice about Jordan or the rest of the Middle East.

It is definitely possible, although I don't have a tour agency to recommend (probably Lonely Planet would be helpful there although I doubt there's any agency that does all three countries). Syria will absolutely reject you if you have any evidence of having been to Israel in your passport (stamp to/from Israel but also at Taba or Allenby/Hussein Bridge; a leftover sticker on the outside of your passport, etc.), so it is a good idea to go there first. At the same time, it is very easy to get a looseleaf stamp entering/existing Israel if you prefer to go there first for whatever reason. The only thing is that you do run the risk of getting the one in one million border control person who refuses to stamp on a separate sheet of paper -- for what it's worth, I have not known this to happen to anyone.
