I going to Jordan in 10 days so I have been checking the weather there in WeatherUnderground (thru Google). It is quite warm now in Amman and Aqaba, in fact in the 90s somedays. I will bring a bathing suit and summer clothes..no shorts (well, maybe one in case other Western women are wearing them in Wadi Rum), and nothing too skimpy.
Thanks, Elainne. Can you tell me a little about what you have planned for your trip?
I am really a skirt kinda gal and honestly do find them cooler and more comfortable than shorts. But, I do admit I live in tank tops and those will not come with me. I have some outfits I bought in India which I plan on using. I also had hoped to buy a bedioun outfit to wear while traveling. Do you think we'll need a sweatshirt for the eve in Wadi Rum?
Can't wait.
