Israel--Herzelyia, Zichron Y, Netanya

I'd like some suggestions for a day trip for a Haredi senior couple between Herzelyia and Haifa tomorrow--Jan. 18. Since the couple only eats Badatz, we'll have to probably eat in Netanya in a restaurant that has Badatz products. Any suggestions as to what to see in Netanya and Zichron Yaakov? We'll be driving and we're familiar with roads. (Any suggestions for a restaurant that carries Badatz products--I could only find la Veranda and Mul Hayam in Netanya. Has anyone eaten in those restaurants? La Veranda has mixed reviews.)

Mul Hayam is beautiful and relatively new. ( and the food is good) It is in the building that years ago was Apropos and after that Tulip ( or something like that) There are many restuarants in town that are L'Mehadrin. You can also try Yekev on Gad Machness. ( I have no meat suggestions--call Kiyrat Sanz hotel and ask them)

Netanya's biggest attraction is the beach. If the weather i nice you can walk along the Promenade and enjoy the scenery. ( It is supposed to be cloudy but dry tomorrow)

Outside the city center, Utopia Orchid Park is really beautiful.

( also much, but not all is outdoors)

Thank you for your reply! Utopia Park is really beautiful and would be a good option especially if the weather is rainy. What would you recommend to see in Zichron?
Would you by chance happen to have info re. the apartment rental at the Havaat Habaron in Zichron? We used to take our family there for Shabbat and the rooms were large and the view was beautiful. They also had an indoor pool. But now there's no hotel there, rather private apartments.

I live in Netanya ---thus my detailed info on Netanya!
But Zichron is supposed to have lots to see. I haven't been there for years and it is on my to do list. There is the winery, there is the Beit Aharonson --dedicated to the NILI underground group, and there are the Ramat Ha-Nadiv Gardens as a starter ( stunning gardens, Rothschilds burial site)

In Zichron you can just walk down the original main street - it's nice with historical informational plaques along the way - also stop into the original synagogue and the First Aliya Museum just down the street from the synagogue.

Zichron has a kosher lemehadrin restaurant on the main part of the walking mall called Pan Acher. It is a far cry from fine dining, more like home cooked food in a little cafe...but if you are hungry...
There is a very interesting small paper making workshop called Toot Neyar just up from the mall.

Thanks for all the interesting suggestions! I'm always amazed that there are always some good folks logged on and are prepared to provide great information.

(To Elkaz from Netanya: My son has an apt. in Netanya which he's trying to sell. Other than yad2, would you happen to know some English sights where he could advertise. He doesn't live in Netanya, so he's not having luck with some agents.)

I don't know if there are lists that would work. There are many many realtors here, some must be decent. Also, see if he knows anyone who could post it on a French site, since there are loads of French here.
