I feel good

It is less than a week to go and I will finally fly to Paradise (Kenya). Sometimes I didn't believe that this day will come, but now I am confident;-))

A big thank you to everyboday, you were wonderful and gave me such good advice!!! We will report as soon as we are back.

Now I will start with the last thing to do: packing...

regards
steff

Thank you so much for all the wishes.

Kavey: have a great trip, you will love it and for sure go back sonmetime. I wonder what you like more, Kenya or Tanzania. The Mara will for sure show you the spectacle of the Migration but Sayari is a grat place and people there are so nice and you will be warmly welcomed.

Curious about your report...

Steff, I don't know... I suspect it will come down to individual experiences in each place... and those are all down to chance.

We could do our exact itinerary 5 days later and have completely different experiences and our views would be coloured differently!

Oh yes, for sure. I can tell you what you missed some days later in Samburu and the Mara, we will be in Samburu 14th to 19th and in the Mara 21th to 28th august, so we could have glimpse of your back of the 4W...

Lets see how lucky we are.

Haaa no don't tell me!
If you see a lioness giving birth a few days after we were there, I might cry!

Oh for sure, I will tell you stories... like the three brothers in the Mara hunting and killing a Thomson and the five leopards we will follow for a whole day in Samburu...

Enjoy!!! You have really great camps and I am curious about Elsa's Kopje and Saruni Samburu. We stay at Elephant Bedroom and SaSaab. This time just three places but longer at the same place (we have a whole week in the Mara).

We looked at those options in Samburu too but decided the new Saruni made best sense for it's size and price...

I'm looking forward to our 5 nights in Serian hugely!!!

I am sure you made agreat choice, Saruni should be excellent. Serian as well, Sandi wrote a lot about it, she stayed there several times.

Hope you will be in the middle of the migration in the Mara and I hope very much that the wilderbeast are still there when we hit the Mara.

Do you fly between camps?

We are arriving into NBO late on 22nd and spending two nights there, leaving for safari on 24th.

And yes we're flying between camps.

Drop me an email if you think we're crossing over anywhere?!

"Whoa-oa-oa! I feel good, I knew that I would, now
I feel good, I knew that I would, now
So good, so good..."

I couldn't help quoting the Godfather of Soul after reading your title.

Have a GOOD, no a GREAT trip!

Sorry don't know about K9, just James Brown, who was the original artist.
