How to get taxi from the mam Khomeini International Airport?

Imam Khomeini International Airport (IATA: IKIA)is located in Tehran, Iran. The airport is located about 30 kilometers south of the city. It was designed to replace Mehrabad International Airport, which is in the west of the city, now inside the city boundaries.

Upon your arrival at the IKIA you are able to take taxis to different part of Tehran.

There are two taxi agencies work there which are as follow:

1- TBT Taxi Co. which charge 450 Tomans per Kilometer

2- Sirosafar Taxi Co. which charge flat rate of 12,000 Tomans to anywhere in Tehran including one suitcase.
Please be sure that before you take the taxi, check the price with the driver. If there are any problems, you could report to the Sirosafar Taxi Co's supervisor.

Usually it takes 30 to 40 minutes to reach to the center of Tehran.
