Honeymooning in Senegal

My fiance and I are planning to spend our honeymoon in Senegal in April. We can't decide which hotels to stay in. We want to spend some time in Dakar and in the Casamase (sp?) (southern part of the country). Any suggestions info. on hotels/resorts would be greatly appreciated.
