Help with itineray

Hi I have two weeks available. One week I want to spend in the north of Mozambique, and the other I thought of going down to Maputo (by air) into Swaziland and fly out from joburg. I could do it the other way round fly in joburg Nd out from Pemba in northern Mozambique.

I'm just confused of how to travel by land between joburg, Swaziland and Maputo. Are there any night trains or bus services between joburg and Swaziland and Swaziland and Maputo?

Also, I like home stays and visiting Swazi culture. Where could I find a more or less genuine one ( though I guess they all touristic)....

Thanks
