Hi! First you want to be at the Kotel on Shabbat (Kotex is a brand name for feminine products -
You are going to be surprised at how much Israel has changed in the past 10 years. What season are you coming in?
Your post has accounted for 7 days, Even assuming a day in Eilat before and after Petra that is only 9 days. I would add a day to make Jerusalem 4 and spend 2 days up North. ( assuming you are willing to rent a car OR hire a driving tour guide) If you do not want to go up North I would increase Jerusalem to 6 days since there is so much to do and see using Jerusalem as a base.
In terms of making concrete suggestions as what to do each day--we need to know something more about you. Who is "we" what are your interests, which religion are you? Do you want to see sites connected only to your religion or do you want to visit sites for all religions? Should we consider this as if you have never been to Israel and are willing to revisit things you may have seen 10 years ago? ( if not, what did you see 10 years ago?)

Petra in one day is difficult. We went from Eilat to Petra. We were supposed to have a taxi pick us up from the Movenpick in Petra but did not show up. We did get to Petra and stayed for 3 days. Had awonderful time. Crossing the border both ways was easy, we walked across and the Jordanians got us a taxi to Petra. We enjoyed Eilat, stayed at the Crown Plaza and has a very good time.
We did this trip in 2009 and it was our 3rd visit to Israel.
I don't know your interests and what sights you would like to visit, would like to help if I knew more.
The airport is not in Tel Aviv but between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. So a taxi or other form of transportation is required.
My wife and I were in Jerusalem for several days as well as Tiberius and Ceaseria. We rented a car for our trips. We really enjoy tel Aviv especially the beaches and restaurants even though we are both in our 60's. I would like to recommnd the Museum of the Diaspora in Tel Aviv if you are Jewish. We found it fascinating.
Enjoy your trip.
