Have itinerary -- need an agency

We (two Americans) have worked with an agency to develop a two-week Iran itinerary but it turns out we need now to find another agency to help us book hotels, driver/guide, etc. We would be grateful if any of you have experience with any of the following:

Cyrus Travel (based in US)
Pars Tourist Agency (Key2Persia)
Iran Persia Tour
Iran Travel Service
Iran Traveling Center
Pazira Travel Company (UpPersia)

Has anyone had experience being bumped from desired hotels because of overbooking or block booking by big tours? That makes us nervous since we are only two pax.

We went to Iran in 2003 (so it has been a while!) and I can honestly say it remains one of the most memorable trips we've ever taken. We didn't have any problems with big groups but we were there rights at the beginning of the Iraq war so there were very few foreign tourist and I don't think we met any other Americans.

We used Iran Gasht Tours and had a very good experience with them, someone here recently recommended Iran Traveler.net Either way I think it's most cost effective to use a local agency who will end up doing the one the ground work anyway.

You can see our trip report on my blog

Not sure if you're still checking. I'm organizing a trip to Iran for myself and 9 friends. I emailed 10-odd agencies. Below are the only ones that got back to me with pricing and itineraries and have answered a slew of questions.

Iran Traveler (Jerry Dekker--very forthcoming with information, and from an American perspective)
Iran Traveling Center
Gasht Tour
