Has anyone used Gate 1 Travel Company's 15 day Egypt tour with Nile Cruise? Was looking for a good tour group to go with.

Just to let you know I booked my trip with Gate1Travel this past week. I recieved an email thru bookingbuddy.com and was very impressed with the 15day trip....I also was impressed with the price...they were helpful(Shannon was who I booked the trip with). they are great communicators with emails about any changes to the cost or itinerary. So far, they have been very efficient.

Not for Egypt but I loved my Gate 1 tour of Israel. I was so impressed I'm booking w/Gate 1 again for Turkey. I don't think you can go wrong with Gate 1.

I have not personally used Gate1, but I have two good friends that have. One has booked through Gate1 twice, and the other once. Both said they would do so again. They loved traveling with Gate1.

Used Gate 1 for Eastern Europe barge trip and found them to be very well organized with a few minor glitches, nothing worth complaining about. I am considering using them again for a Russian River Cruise next year.

My tour company of choice is OAT, not more than 16 in group and really top knotch, also priced very well.

Hi...Just booked with Imaginative Travel out of UK. Egypt & Jordan in the fall of 2008. www.imaginative-traveller.com. Prices were less than Gate 1. Perhaps worth checking out.

I'm using Gate 1in two weeks for a one week Egypt tour on the basis of my expereince with them in Turkey last year. That trip was great and the guide, Salih Gok, was the best tour guide I've ever had!
