Escorted Tour Company Recommendations?

Jump to last reply

I am a female, solo traveler, and would like to visit South Africa, specially Cape Town, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. I've been searching this forum for recommendations on tour operators and have been reading trip reports, but it seems as though all I've been seeing and reading have dealt with safari's.

I don't want a safari.

I like history, architecture, landscapes and seeing how people live in other countries, and I would prefer an escorted tour, although I'm not opposed to going it alone, if I have to. Can anyone recommend a tour operator that caters to the types of things I'm interested in?

Many thanks!
