Egypt &/or Jordan, Oct.-Nov. 2010 -- Seeking Traveling Companions

I did not see a place to post requests for trip companions, so I hope it's OK that I post this here. Is anyone up for an adventure in Egypt and/or Jordan in Oct.-Nov. 2010? There's pretty much something for everyone on this trip: Camping out in Egypt's Western desert on an oasis safari and in a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum (Jordan) land of Lawrence of Arabia, hiking to the summit of Mt. Sinai (Egypt), optional diving or snorkeling in the Red Sea, felucca ride on the Nile, a hot air balloon flight over the Valley of the Kings (Luxor, Egypt), optional horseback ride in Petra (Jordan), and more. It's a great itinerary at an incredibly reasonable price with a reliable Egyptian tour operator. Pricing includes guides/drivers, entrance fees, many meals, tour tax, and loads of activities.

So, I'm seeking a few like-minded, adventurous travelers for company along the way and to help me keep costs down. You can do any segment/s of the trip you like depending on your budget, time schedule, and interests. The trip is perfectly timed to be in Abu Simbel for the Sun Festival (Oct. 22) and in Abydos, "gateway to the afterlife", on Halloween. Boo! Don't forget your mummy costume! Just kidding.

Contact me ASAP if you are interested because hotel reservations fill up fast for the Sun Festival as it's quite popular. You can view the full itinerary at my blogsites: www.tripchick.wordpress.com OR www.tripchicktravels.blogspot.com where you will also find my e-mail address.
