Difference Between Coach and Business in Egypt and from Cairo to Amman

Is it worth the extra dollars ($50 pp for Cairo to Aswan and Luxor to Cairo). Are the seats more comfortable and the service better? I know one benefit is a heavier baggage limit.

Also, what about the Cairo to Amman flight which would cost us $200 pp to upgrade?

Thanks for any advice on the differences between coach and business on these flights.

Which airline/website are you using to find flights from Cairo to Ammen?

Thank you!

I am just formulating my trip with Lady Egypt, so I do not know which airline I am going on. I suppose it depends on which airline....is RJ better than Egypt Air? Should I request one over the other?

Cairo/Luxor or Aswan is only 1-1.5/hrs flight time. And Cairo/Amman is the same. Unless you have money to burn, I see no need for Business Class on these short flights. It's not like they're going to feed you a 5* meal; drinks (not alcoholic) are comp in Coach.

Whether Egypt Air or Royal Jordanian... they take off and land; not much difference.

Hi. I wanted to book Business class for my internal trips, I assume with Egypt Air. Amanda at Lady Egypt told me to save my money, not that it would of been much of an increase, as there is no difference in the service, food and seating. I too would of liked the extra baggage allowance as my airfare to Egypt includes 30 Kilos of luggage per person, and I was worried about the lower luggage limit. However, Amanda said I could store it at the Lady Egypt's office if necessary, or at one of the hotels I will be returning to. (I am taking a "spare" case for shopping at other destinations we are travelling to on the trip but I wouldn't need it as I hike around Egypt!)
