Day trip to Tangier - Guide Recommendation
Hello,
My husband and I are active, adventure seekers, who like to get a taste of authentic culture and sights.
While we are in Tarfia Spain this June, we'd like to take a day trip to Tangier, Morocco.
Since a guide is a must, can you recommend a reputable guide or travel service?
Secondly, to avoid being overcharged, do you have an idea how much we should pay for ferry tickets and the day tour?
Thank you!

Hi,
for a day trip to Tangier no need to hire a guide i read many articles, reviews, comments about Tangier guides many has complaints.
So; in this situation for a day trip i'd suggest just to take some notes about places you'd be interested to visit taking the guidebook as the best guide for you to enjoy your Day trip to Tangier.
Things i know about it, is the Hercules Cave, The old city ( Medina) of Tangier, the coast where the mediteranian sea and the Atlantic Ocean meet, you can do a short camel ride by the beach as well, take a look at the guidebook for more information.
If you are insisted to use a guide in Tangier, i'd like to suggest contacting Tangier Tourism deligation, to help you hiring a local official tour guide for your journey, here is the link to check for Morocco Tourism issues: http://www.tourisme.gov.ma/francais/...Exterieurs.htm
- City Official Guides work for 400DH per day, for a walking Tour, for a driving walking Tour cost more the price always including entree fees.
Have fun and enjoy Tangier

Thanks for your comments, we will certainly think about a self-guided tour.
One more piece of information that I should add is we may be traveling with another couple. My friend will be 5 months pregnant at the time. Since they may prefer to use a guide, does anyone have a recommendation?
